Penumbral Lunar Eclipse tonight!

Penumbral Lunar Eclipse tonight!

When the Moon rises at about 6pm for the eastern coast (USA) the eclipse will have already begun.

This eclipse is penumbral, meaning the Moon will pass through the outer edges of the Earth’s shadow.. so while the Moon is full, it will fade slightly darker on one side. The peak will be at about 8pm so at least the Sun will be down. Check it out!
